ANZAC Assembly

On Friday room 9, room 10, and the whole school went to the hall because we had a ANZAC Assemble to remember the people who died for us and our country.

After that Mr Burt told us a story about the Youngest boy who went to world war from New Zealand and he was the first person to die and he was just 16 years old. Then Mr Burt said to the whole school that we were going to go outside to look at the cross to remember the people who died.

We went outside, the whole school looked at the cross and then Mr Burt said ‘ can we please have a mint of silent to remember them’ it was so silent that there was no noise. After the 1 min of silent Mr Burt said ‘we are going to go to class from here and Mr Jacobson is going to play the song from the laptop and then we all go to class’
